Company 77 is thrilled to bring its unrivaled food concept to Southern California. Stone baked gourmet pizza and a stunning big red fire truck. A perfect fit for corporate, family and community events of all kinds. Parties for 30 to 300 guests feature artisanal pizzas cooked and served from our ingeniously restored, bio-diesel and sun-powered fire truck with all the cool entertainment features.

THE PIZZA
All great pizza begins with great crust. We use hand crafted thin crusts made with the ancient art of natural sourdough bread baking. Our nutritious crusts are naturally leavened using organic stone ground flour, sea salt and filtered water. We offer a great variety of red and white pizzas using California tomatoes, basil, garlic, and a variety of cheeses and toppings that vary with the season (local and organic whenever possible). THE FUN
Company 77 events are like nothing you or your guests have ever experienced. Play your favorite music over our awesome sound system; dress up in real fire fighter gear; mug for portraits in the jump seat digital photo booth; watch the chef at work on the big screen TV; splash under the water canon spray on hot days; enjoy your kid’s imaginary play at the fire truck control center. VENUE & WEATHER
The mobile pizza unit can go just about anywhere you want to have a party. We just need is a relatively flat place to park our 26,000 pound, 30’ long truck. Travel charge for venues outside of Orange County. In the unlikely event of inclement weather, we will happily re-schedule your event to a future date.

TERMS
Dates are booked on a first come first serve basis with a 50% deposit. Date is not booked until deposit is received. The balance is due the week before event. Sales tax and base gratuity will be added to total. Payment by credit card (or company check) via our secure on-line payment link or over the phone.
