We do events from 25 to 500 guests featuring artisanal pizzas cooked and served from our ingeniously restored, bio-diesel / sun-powered fire truck. Our nutritious crusts are naturally leavened using organic stone ground flour, sea salt and filtered water and we offer delicious vegan, gluten-free, and non-dairy options as well. Working Lunch: Quick outdoors lunch break for sales meetings or other special occasions. 25 to 150. Efficient serving window and great pizza choices. Pricing from $495.
Corporate Luncheon: More socially oriented lunchtime gathering for 30 to 200. Great selection of pizza, optional salads and desserts, and lots of outdoor fun. Pricing from $695.
Network/Open House/Grand Opening: Stimulate conversation and create a memorable buzz. Hors-d’oeuvre portions with options for beer/wine service from our cool on-board taps. Pricing from $495.
Big Shot Event: Premium service for groups of 100 or less. Chef’s choice variety of artisanal pizza, caesar salad, drinks and italian ice. Pricing from $995.
Company Picnics/Holiday Parties: Can be held at work site or in outdoor park venues. Fire hats, stickers and fun for kids of all ages. Pricing from $695.
Evening Galas: For those occasions when a more formal, evening setting is called for. Full menu and drinks in al fresca dining environment. Custom pricing.
